Description
This beautiful 1 Oz Silver coin is the second release in the “Treasures of the Universe” series, dedicated to the father of modern science – Galileo Galilei. The coin features 3 wonderful Pallamant inserts, it is plated in Black Rhodium, Ruthenium, Black Ruthenium, Yellow Gold, Red Gold, Platinum, Palladium, and comes in a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Mintage of 1.000 pieces.
The reverse of the coin features the beautiful image of Galileo Galilei over a wonderfully coloured background with the planets of our galaxy. The coin is finished in seven different metal platings and features three Pallamant inserts on the top-right of the reverse. On top of the reverse, the inscription: “GALILEO GALILEI” – the name of the coin. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “2018” – the year of issue, “5 CEDIS” – the face value, “1OZ AG 999” – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver and “REPUBLIC OF GHANA”.
