Description
This beautiful new black coin issue features a burning panda skull. The coin is completely plated with Ruthenium and partly with pure gold. The precious metal Ruthenium is a member of the Platinum Group and worldwide very rare. All this together with the luxury box and the noble certificate makes a perfect present and a worldwide searched collector’s piece. Very low mintage 500 pieces worldwide!
The coin’s reverse depicts a burning skull over a panda bear, in its natural habitat eating Bamboo leaves. The coin is fully plated in black Ruthenium while the details of the coin are selectively plated in 24 kt Gold. The obverse of the coin depicts the beautiful Temple of Heaven in Beijing and the year of issue.
The whole product is held in a combination of black and yellow gold. The coin is finished with 2 different precious metals on top of pure 1oz silver base. The whole coin is fully finished by Black Ruthenium. After this application the motif is finished in a complicated process with .999 yellow gold. The challenge was to create a high detailed yellow gold finishing on the black ruthenium. The coin will be delivered in a wooden box with a cover print. In addition each certificate has an individual serial number.
