Il rovescio della moneta raffigura l’incredibile e dettagliata immagine in altorilievo di Perun, il dio del tuono, che regge la sua famosa ascia e freccia. In alto del rovescio, l’iscrizione: “PERUN” – il nome della moneta. Il dritto della moneta raffigura l’effigie di Sua Maestà la Regina Elisabetta II, circondata dalla vegetazione, con un orso, un lupo e un’aquila sullo sfondo. In basso del rovescio, le iscrizioni: “2 DOLLARS” – il valore nominale, “ELIZABETH II” – il nome della Regina, “NIUE” – il paese emittente e “2018” – l’anno di emissione.
