This beautiful 1 Oz Silver Coin is the first release in the new “Wildlife Up Close” series, dedicated to some of the most beautiful Australian animals. In this edition – the Eagle. The coin has a beautiful design, has a lovely Relief, has an Antique Finish quality and comes in an elegant case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage to 750 pieces worldwide.
The reverse of the coin features the wonderful and detailed close-up image of an Australian Wedge-Tailed Eagle. On the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: “WEDGE-TAILED EAGLE” – the name of the coin. The obverse of the coin depicts the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “NIUE” – the issuing country, “2019” – the year of issue, “ONE DOLLAR” – the face value and “1OZ 999 SILVER” – the weight of the coin and the fineness of the Silver.
